We spent over a year working through hundreds of formulations in a quest to recreate our favorite childhood cereals without the junk. We eventually figured out a way to include all of the good stuff you want—like protein and healthy fats—without any of the bad stuff you don’t.

Even though Magic Spoon looks and tastes like familiar cereals, it is completely different. In fact, it’s nutritionally more similar to a high-end protein bar or keto smoothie than it is to most cereals.

And at $1.95 per bowl, it’s far cheaper than other healthy breakfast options--or even your morning coffee!

New Customers: if you’re not completely in love with your cereal, we’ll refund your first 4-pack case in full. Please note, if you’re just giving us a try for the first time, please only order a 4 pack to start, as we cannot refund 6 and 8 packs, or more. Refunds are eligible within 6 months of order date.

Returning Customers: Firstly, thank you! Secondly, if we launch a new flavor, you can order that new flavor to try. If you don’t like it, we’ll refund up to 2 boxes of the new flavor. We encourage you to add new flavors to a build-your-own-box bundle, so you can select the quantity!

Bars Customers: We are so excited to launch our new Cereal Bars! Both new and existing customers can try our Bars and are eligible for a refund of your first order of 1-case (4 packs of bars) if you don’t end up loving them. 

Please note, Bowls and Spoons and any other non-food related items are not eligible for return. As a primarily perishable food-based company, we do not have return logistics in place to handle physical returns. All Bowls and Spoons are final sale, with the exception of damages, in which case a replacement will be issued.

Yes. Magic Spoon is perfect for anyone on a ketogenic or low carb diet. Each serving has just 4g net carbs, and only 0.5-1.5g saturated fats from a blend of high-oleic sunflower oil and avocado oil.

In fact, one of the reasons we created this in the first place is that we couldn’t find a healthy cereal to fit into our low carb lifestyles, and we missed our childhood cereals more than anything else (yes, even pizza).

Absolutely! And since it tastes just like their favorite “unhealthy” cereal, they’ll love eating this instead of other “healthy” cereals.

Not all carbs are created equal. Fiber and (most) natural sweeteners don’t affect your blood sugar, so they’re stripped out to get “net carbs,” which you can think of as the active carbs that affect your body.

In our case, net carbs = total carbs - allulose - fiber.
