    Tried the Maple brown sugar and it tasted wonderful. As a type 2 diabetic I was concerned that the net carbs were still higher than I was accustomed to. However I tested myself and there was a negligible impact on my blood sugar. Thank you I have been avoiding oats for some time now and this makes me happy.
