What are net carbs?

Not all carbs are created equal. Fiber and (most) natural sweeteners don’t affect your blood sugar, so they’re stripped out to get “net carbs,” which you can think of as the active carbs that affect your body.

In our case, net carbs = total carbs - allulose - fiber.

What does Magic Spoon taste like?

Are Magic Spoon products high protein?

Yes! Just one serving of Magic Spoon Cereal, Treats, or Granola has 11-14 grams of high quality protein– that covers 22-26% of an average daily protein intake! In addition, Magic Spoon is also keto-friendly, gluten-free, and grain-free.

Why is this more expensive than “regular” breakfast options?

At $1.95 per bowl of cereal, $2.78 per bowl of granola, or $2.43 per Treat, our products are more cost-effective than many other typical breakfast options (not to mention your morning coffee)!

Making products with high protein means working with more expensive ingredients than just sugar, corn, and wheat, but it’s all part of our commitment to bring you the best!

Are Magic Spoon products Keto Friendly?

Yes! All Magic Spoon products are great for low carb or keto lifestyles. Here’s a quick breakdown of net carbs by product:

Cereal: 4-5g net carbs per 1 cup serving
Treats: 2-3g net carbs per treat
Granola: 7-8g net carbs per 2/3 cup serving

How long does Magic Spoon stay fresh?

Please refer to the expiration date printed on the product's package! To maintain freshness, store in a cool, dry place. After opening, close tightly to protect product quality.

Are Magic Spoon products Kosher?

Yes! Magic Spoon products are certified Kosher. Please see packaging for our most current Kosher certification.

Do you have high fiber or plant-based options?

We sure do! For a high fiber option, try our Protein Granola (per 60g serving)! And if you’d prefer a plant-based option, check out our High Protein, High Fiber cereal only at Whole Foods Market!

Which products contain nuts?

The following products contain nuts: 

Peanut Butter Protein Cereal (peanuts).

All Protein Treats (almonds or peanuts).

All Magic Spoon Protein Granola flavors (almonds, cashews, and/or peanuts).

What is Allulose?

Allulose is a special type of sugar that contains only 10% of the calories of regular sugar and is only slightly metabolized by your body. This means it barely impacts blood sugar levels  – all while having the same familiar taste and texture as regular sugar. 

Are Magic Spoon Products gluten-free, vegan, and/or dairy-free?

Magic Spoon Protein Cereal: certified gluten free, contains dairy.

Magic Spoon Protein Treats: gluten free (certification coming soon!), contains dairy, contains tree nuts or peanuts.

Magic Spoon Protein Granola: certified gluten free, contains dairy, contains tree nuts or peanuts.

Magic Spoon Protein + Fiber Cereal: certified gluten free, dairy free.

What are your boxes made out of? Can they be recycled?

Most of our boxes are made from 100% recycled cardboard—recycle them again and keep the cycle going! (Our Granola pouches are unfortunately not recyclable).

Who are your shipping partners within the US?

We ship with DHL and UPS, who often team up with USPS to complete delivery.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We don’t offer expedited shipping at this time, but if you’re craving Magic Spoon right now we promise it’s worth a few day’s wait.

My order arrived, but it’s damaged!

We’re so sorry to hear that! Please email us at hello@magicspoon.com and let us know which flavors were damaged — we’ll get this sorted out right away.

If you added Order Protection to your order, your package is also fully covered for 45 days from the date of purchase.

Help! My package says it was delivered, but it’s not here! 

Don’t panic! Sometimes orders can be prematurely marked as delivered or might have been dropped off at a front desk or mailroom. If you still haven’t received your order by the end of the next business day, let us know at hello@magicspoon.com.

How long will it take for my order to arrive and how do I track it?

We process most orders within 1 business day, and delivery typically takes 5-7 days within the US. Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a shipping confirmation and all the tracking info.

International:

Where can Magic Spoon be shipped to?

Right now, we deliver to the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico), Canada, and the United Kingdom.

How long does it take to ship internationally?

United Kingdom: Shipments to the UK typically take 10-14 business days, depending on transit conditions and customs clearance.

Canada: Shipments to Canada typically take 5-10 business days, depending on transit conditions and customs clearance.

Orders:

MagicSpoon.com customers: If you don’t 100% love your cereal or Treats, we’ll give you a refund on your first order (up to 4 boxes). Refunds are eligible within 6 months of the order date.

Please note that non-food merchandise (including, but not limited to, bowls, spoons, and stroons) is not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Retail: Our 100% Happiness Guarantee applies to MagicSpoon.com customers. If you are not satisfied with a retail purchase, please visit the customer service desk at the store you purchased from to request a refund. Refunds are subject to the store's return policy.

How do I manage or cancel my cereal subscription?

You can skip, edit and manage all of your subscription details through the subscription portal. You can cancel your subscription through the portal, or you can also email hello@magicspoon.com.

Can I update my shipping address, edit, or cancel my order once I place it?

Orders typically ship out the same day at Magic Spoon, but we’ll do everything we can to catch your order. Please email us at hello@magicspoon.com with your order number and we’ll do our best to work some magic for you.

What is a custom bundle?

Our custom bundle gives you the option to mix and match all Magic Spoon products in one shipment! Create your perfect 4, 6, or 8 pack with any (or all) available Magic Spoon products.

How do I apply a discount code to my order?

You can add your promo code to your order on the checkout page, right where you enter your payment information. If you're on a computer, you’ll see a panel on the right side of the screen with a field that says "Enter Gift Card or Discount Code." If you're on your phone, click "see order details” at the top of your screen and enter your code in the discount code field.


Promotion and discount eligibility may vary by order type. When eligible, only one discount may be applied per order. Subscribe & Save orders are not eligible for additional price discounts.

Do you have any samples?

As a growing company, we can’t send out any samples at the moment. However, we do offer a 100% happiness guarantee in case you don’t love it. So give it a shot, and let us know what you think!
