My diet requires we use total carbs, not net. Has a lot of carbs, but have been breaking them in half or quarters. Very tasty and clench the sweet tooth that is needed. My favorite is the Marshmallow, second is Chocolate Peanut Butter. Will order again, especially for the new flavors. S’Mores and Caramel Seasalt.
