Question 1

What kind of sorcery is this?Where did all the carbs and sugar go?

Accepted Answer

We've spent years perfecting our recipes in our quest to reimagine our favorite childhood breakfasts and snacks, swapping sugar and grains for high quality protein sources and natural sweeteners. Try our Cereal, Treats, and Granola to fuel your own kind of high-protein, gluten-free, keto-friendly magic!

Question 2

What are net carbs?

Accepted Answer

Not all carbs are created equal. Fiber and (most) natural sweeteners don’t affect your blood sugar, so they’re stripped out to get “net carbs,” which you can think of as the active carbs that affect your body.

In our case, net carbs = total carbs - allulose - fiber.

Question 3

What does Magic Spoon taste like?

Accepted Answer

Whether it's our cereal, treats, or granola, Magic Spoon tastes just like you remember—only better ;) If you’re curious about a specific flavor, check out the flavor page and the reviews! If you still need help, feel free to email us.

Question 4

Are Magic Spoon products high protein?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Just one serving of Magic Spoon Cereal, Treats, or Granola has 11-14 grams of high quality protein– that covers 22-26% of an average daily protein intake! In addition, Magic Spoon is also keto-friendly, gluten-free, and grain-free.

Question 5

Why is this more expensive than “regular” breakfast options?

Accepted Answer

At $1.95 per bowl of cereal, $2.78 per bowl of granola, or $2.43 per Treat, our products are more cost-effective than many other typical breakfast options (not to mention your morning coffee)!

Making products with high protein means working with more expensive ingredients than just sugar, corn, and wheat, but it’s all part of our commitment to bring you the best!

Question 6

How often do you release new flavors?

Accepted Answer

New flavors drop every few months—and sometimes sooner! Be the first to know when something new is on the horizon by signing up for our newsletter or SMS list.

Question 7

What is the nutritional content of your products?

Accepted Answer

Full nutritional info for any of our products can be found on its product page.

Question 8

Are Magic Spoon products Keto Friendly?

Accepted Answer

Yes! All Magic Spoon products are great for low carb or keto lifestyles. Here’s a quick breakdown of net carbs by product:

Cereal: 4-5g net carbs per 1 cup serving
Treats: 2-3g net carbs per treat
Granola: 7-8g net carbs per 2/3 cup serving

For more nutritional information, please see our product pages here!

Question 9

How long does Magic Spoon stay fresh?

Accepted Answer

Please refer to the expiration date printed on the product's package! To maintain freshness, store in a cool, dry place. After opening, close tightly to protect product quality.

Question 10

Are Magic Spoon products Kosher?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Magic Spoon products are certified Kosher. Please see packaging for our most current Kosher certification.

Question 11

Do you have high fiber or plant-based options?

Accepted Answer

We sure do! For a high fiber option, try our Protein Granola (per 60g serving)! And if you’d prefer a plant-based option, check out our High Protein, High Fiber cereal only at Whole Foods Market!

Question 12

Which products contain nuts?

Accepted Answer

The following products contain nuts:

Question 13

What is Allulose?

Accepted Answer

Allulose is a special type of sugar that contains only 10% of the calories of regular sugar and is only slightly metabolized by your body. This means it barely impacts blood sugar levels – all while having the same familiar taste and texture as regular sugar.

Question 14

Are Magic Spoon Products gluten-free, vegan, and/or dairy-free?

Accepted Answer

Magic Spoon Protein Cereal: certified gluten free, contains dairy.
