Cereal for people with allergies

I have a soy allergy and I absolutely love cereal. However, between soy and insulin resistance I have to be careful with my sugar and carbs. Magic spoon answers all of these. It taste great, they have great variety of flavors, and as a bonus I get to do a word search or a maze puzzle while I sit down to a bowl of yummy cereal.
