As I crash in the afternoon, I reach for a handful or a couple to check the hunger and it's so much better than a sugar-laden item. I don't have the let down an hour later.
I have a disabled adult son whose dietary restrictions took away a lot of his favorite breakfast foods & snacks, and he was struggling with the feeling of deprivation and with the change of his life-long routine having access to cereal. So I started getting him Magic Spoon. He really loves it, and it helps him maintain the low-carb sugar-free diet because he's found a familiar favorite to enjoy-- cereal. He loves the S'mores flavor, but he says he would give them all 5/5 so there you are.

I'm a diabetic, and I'm also overweight. Both of those conditions told me to watch my carbohydrate intake, particularly when blood sugar fluctuations left me feeling weak. That's why I tried Magic Spoon. I really wasn't thinking about textures and flavors, just low carbs.
Therefore it was a pleasant surprise to discover how much I enjoyed the cereals! They crunch nicely, and the flavors are quite tasty. I haven't settled on a particular flavor, but my wife likes the Peanut Butter the best. Looks like Magic Spoon is our new breakfast tradition!
