Magic Spoon tastes great, even better than legacy cereal. This Magic Spoon cereal came at a time when i realized carbohydrates were likely the cause of all my family's maladies. It's so nice to mosty stay in ketosis and still enjoy cereal. Thank you Magic Spoon for giving us life.
And doesn't have any of bad stuff "treats" typically have but still incredible taste! And 12g of protein too!
The cereal is yummy! I missed cereal so much due to my type 2 diabetes, but this cereal doesn’t raise my blood sugar to an unsafe level, and a couple hours after breakfast it was back under 120.

Well first of all the cereals are delicious and the fact that they are low carb, zero sugar and higher protein makes it all the better. I can have something that makes me feel like I'm being bad but I'm not! Thanks Magic spoon! And thank you for allowing a custom bundle.....all MY favorites.
